Stretch Banding Film

Also known as band tape, bander tapes, band wrap and stretch tape.

Narrow witdth stretch banding film mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry but can be used for other applications i.e. carrier film. Suitable for all collation stretch wrapping/banding machinery. Our film is specifically formulated for this application and can be slit from 50mm upwards and available in various thicknesses.

We have now developed a new 30%+ post consumer waste stretch banding film.

Mainly used in sizes 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm

Polythene

Very flexible, natural colour, translucent with high impact strength, good chemical resistance. Good water vapor and alcohol barrier properties. Good stress crack and impact resistance.

Recycled PCR Films

A highlight will be its post-consumer recyclate (PCR) solution, which can help companies avoid the UK Plastic Packaging Tax.

Biodegradable/Compostable Films

Stretchband Packaging are proud to be manufacturing and supplying state of the art biodegradable/compostable films for many uses including mailing and collating.

Bioplastics are thermoplastics polymers made from renewable resources like natural and sustainable vegetable crops instead of crude oil. 100% biodegradable and made from renewable resources, due to consumer driven demand we expect to see an increasing transition from traditional mailing film which, although recyclable, is mostly sent to land-fill and can take hundreds of years to degrade and can cause harm to the marine environment.

Polyolefin

Polyolefin is high clarity, coextrusion oriented co-polymer heat shrinkable film which has excellent slip and physical properties. its compatible with most sealing systems including high speed shrink wrapping systems.
