Stretchband Packaging Limited is dedicated to being vigilant on our impact to the environment.
All our polymers are lightweight, durable, low carbon and recyclable. Only 4% of global oil production is used for plastics and it is estimated that packaging accounts for only 1.5% of oil and gas use.
Stretchband Packaging Limited is committed to leading the industry in minimising the impact of its activities on the environment.
The key points of its strategy to achieve this are:

Actively promote recycling both internally and amongst its customers and suppliers.

Source and promote a product range to minimise the environmental impact of both production and distribution.

Meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to the Company.

Use an accredited program to offset the greenhouse gas emissions generated by our activities.
Stretchband packaging are working towards a more environmentally friendly future, with this in mind we have launched Stretchband Packaging Green to showcase our new recycled, biodegradable and compostable strink and stretch films.
